We move quickly. We talk to customers constantly. We ship, learn, and improve. If something is broken, we fix it. If something does not exist, we build it.

We care more about curiosity, ownership, and the ability to learn than about credentials. We're looking for people who feel the same way — not because it is easy, but because opportunities to build something important from the beginning are rare.
